Careers
HHG consultants are a group of very senior consultants and engineers. We work as part of our clients' teams to complete the analyses, justifications, designs, integrations and transitions needed for successful large-scale implementation.
Unlike many competitors, we add just enough of the right people to help our clients' people get the job done. When necessary, HHG supplements our project teams with third-party experts to add specialist skills.

Phil Schaadt – CTO & Chief Consultant – Lead Solution Architect

Phil founded HHG in 2003 to leverage 30 years' experience applying IT to deliver tangible business benefits to large and small enterprises. He deploys HHG consultants at client projects. He develops business/financial justifications and funding proposals, builds enterprise and deployment architectures as well as initial implementations at large complex clients.
For the last few years, his personal focus has been on leveraging API Economy, Private/Public Cloud, existing enterprise SOA run-times, emerging FinTech, and third party SaaS offerings, to deliver new business value via comprehensive process integration to organizations, especially in Financial Services, Healthcare, Automotive and Aerospace industries.
Most recently, he has been assisting clients and leveraging the value of their existing SOA infrastructure through API Management combined with Private/Public Cloud deployments.
He has been the overall solution architect for most of HHG's recent engagements.
